Don Roethler

Donald is a former collegiate baseball player and experienced coach with a passion for player development and building winning cultures. A four-year collegiate athlete at Shasta College, Southwest Baptist University, and Clarke University, he earned multiple All-Conference honors and later played professionally with the New Hampshire Wild of the Empire Professional Baseball League.

Roethler has coached at the collegiate, high school, and travel-ball levels, including Clarke University, Dynasty Baseball, Gold Standard Athletics, and Desert Christian Academy. He specializes in hitting, infield development, and mental performance, helping athletes maximize their potential both on and off the field.

As a player, he was part of a CIF Championship team in 2013, and as a coach helped lead Desert Christian Academy to an undefeated league championship in 2026. His coaching philosophy emphasizes strong relationships, continuous development, and a competitive mindset.
